A state board permanently revoked the license of an Essex County-based massage therapist accused of sexual misconduct with a woman he massaged, the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office announced Thursday.
Peter Petrovic, also known as Jagadisha Peter Petrovic, is now barred from working as a massage therapist in the state because an incident which allegedly happened during a massage session in his Verona office in July 2020, the office said in a release.
The woman, identified in the release as “Client 1,” was receiving therapeutic massage from Petrovic to assist with chronic pain management when he allegedly groped and digitally penetrated her while she was laying on a massage table unclothed with a blanket over her, investigators said.
