Studio 9 Question

I will be in Toronto in a couple of weeks, and was hoping to check out Studio 9. I won't have a car and will be staying on Younge Street a few blocks up from the Eaton Centre. Is trying to get to Studio 9 using public transit a crazy idea? If it isn't then what would you suggest?

From what I've read on here, there doesn't seem to be any quality downtown MP, and some of the ladies at Studio 9 look awesome.

it will take you awhile. no close subway station to studio 9. your cheapest route is go to eglington station west and take the westbound bus to keele.. and then either wait for the keele bus or take a cab.. i think a cab will run you $10-13 from keele/eglington.

Or you can take a cab from eglington west station which will run you just over $20.

By the way, when you go to S9, dont forget to bring your winter coat and gloves as they dont have heat in the rooms and now that the weather is colder,
the owners dont want to turn on the heat to save some money so you can get some real shrinkage there after the shower and after you lay on the table and freeze...

Another option is to take TTC north to Yonge and Bloor and transfer to the Bloor line, west to Keele. Take the 41 bus north from inside the station and exit at Ingram. Not sure if that's faster but it would all be one fare and take about 45 minutes from Eaton's Centre area.
