There is good news for those who love massage and especially if they incorporate it into foreplay. Breast massage appears to be protective against breast cancer, one of the most common types of cancer in women.

This hypothesis, proposed about ten years ago by researchers at the University of California, Berkeley, was presented at the annual meeting of the American Society for Cell Biology in San Francisco.

Experts assume that the mechanical pressure exerted on this part of the body can contribute to the normal growth of cells in the breast, preventing the development of malignancy.

For women who spend long hours outside the house wearing bras that can put pressure on the chest area, a massage at the end of the day can relieve pressure, but also stress, contributing to relaxation.
