State Immigration Department deputy assistant director A. Arivanathan said the three Thai, five Vietnamese and three Indonesian women, aged between 21 and 48, were nabbed on Tuesday.
The department also detained the Bangladeshi national, a customer at one of the joints, as he could not produce valid travel documents.
Arivanathan said the massage centres offered a range of services for RM180.
In another raid, marine police thwarted a group of six illegal immigrants who were trying to enter the country from Pulau Hijau in Pengerang here on Monday.
Marine police Southern Region II commander Asst Comm Paul Khiu Khon Chiang said the Indonesians, who were hiding in a nearby jungle, were nabbed in an operation dubbed Op Gelora Khas.
The team spotted the illegal immigrants travelling in a boat and gave chase. The boat got stuck in the mud near the coast, resulting in them fleeing on foot into the forested area.
At about 4.15pm, the police arrested a 33-year-old woman in the jungle.
"She led us to the arrest of five men at about 9.45pm," he said, adding that the police also seized the boat worth RM85,000.
