Dear Seduction Management,
As a long time loyal member of your spa, I would like to make a few recommendations to further seperate you from other spas. This is not meant to be an attack or public bashing, I made this post because I know you value feedback on this forum and listen to your customers!
1) Spread out your appointments: This is especially important for some of your busier attentendents like Lorena, Shina, Kali etc. They often get burnt out with no breaks for hours at a time, it would be nice for the girls to have more time in between to freshen up, get relaxed and ready for their next appointment. This should result in better service and possibly even hygene/mood considering how some of them are running around these days. Not to mention us having to wait out front because the the previous guy ran late and bumped everyone up.
2) Put out mouth wash/mints: Similar to flirt, individual sized mouth washes and mints just make sense knowing most girls provide dfk (can't be that much $, considering what you make off the door fees) . If not for us, Im sure the girls would appreciate it! Happier less irrated/turned off girls = happier customers who keep coming back.
3) Stop false advertising: Riah and Evie for example are not East Indian (could list off another 8-9 examples, but you get the point). I understand that some girls prefer to be listed a specific background to lure in a specific type of clientel that looks for exactly that, but the customer suffers when they book expecting one thing, but end up receiving another. Just a pet peeve of mine thats cost me some money and regret over the years.
4) Spread out your talent: The girls working at your Keele location are far superior to the Airport location (only time I even visit the Airport now is when they have a former Keele girl on schdule). At Airport standard prices for extras appear to go up along with restrictions and service down (specifically in the sensuality department, girls just don't appear to be enjoying what they do at airport like they do at keele - one location feels transactional, other feels GFE). Just saying, you can wipe out srm, allure, hfh, bluelagoon everyone on the west end if you could somehow mimic the Keele location. Make it happen.
5) Scale back on the Drug/Alcohol consumpion: Im not lobbying to eliminate drugs and alcohol at your establishment, but put in measures to limit the consumption. Send girls who look like zombies home for example. Every couple sessions i get a dead fish who's totally out of it which ruins my night (no need to mention names, you know who they are - avoid the eventual backlash and just prevent it from ever happening again).
6) Expand your loyalty program: Similar to srm, allow registered members to rate the attendents and leave comments on your website after the session (which you can screen before posting and control the type of content you wish to make public). With idiots on forums increasingly making false claims/reccomendations, this allows your customers to see credible verified ratings from real cuatomers when deciding who to book. Also will give management valuable information about their staff, holds the girls accountable while simontaniously rewarding the good ones in a big way. Its a win-win
7) Talk to Stephnie!: Last but not least, I saved my best suggestion for last. Somehow.. Someway, persuade your best receptionist to become an attendent! If youre reading this Stephanie make the switch! I never beg, but I will for this one

We spend a lot of time on here partaking in meaningless banter, why not put out something that would benefit all parties involved and see if this market leader is willing to listen to its shareholders.
