Went there recently. Massage was nothing to write about. But receipt was rejected by insurance company because they also advertised non-RMT services. Anyone had this problem?

Yes, if your insurance company is Manulife and Sunlife, it's instant rejection.

Strike them off the list. Is that the same for Comfort and La Belle?

Have not attempted to claim for Comfort Oasis and Labella under Manulife yet. Sunlife and Manulife one of the worst in the industry who hates to pay and finds excuses to get out of it. That is why these two are one of the big proponents of the 2200 hrs requirement from the RMT

It's not the massage place, it is the receipt issuser's problem. Make sure the receipt was written by a RMT with >2200hr. La Bella is the same.

You can come back anytime we can issue you the new recipt for your claim. For the short time they rejected some of our recipts but now all is good. You can come top care spa we can issue you new recipt and you can claim.

I have receipt rejected from Vicky twice. La Bella has no problem passing.
Let us know of the result from Top Care.
There is a list of delisted provider from manulife and sunlife. They are not on the list.
