I am curious about this place, is it new?

Its new - open about one month.
Located on Vic Park just about halfway between Eglinton & Lawrence, west side first floor.

Dropped by here a couple of days ago even though I had been planning to check out Sahar.

First impressions - nice facility. Not a dingy space at all. Rooms also were nice - proper massage tables, clean. Shower was offered, not in room, did not avail myself.

Walked into the reception area and was met by a very pretty young girl named Jenna.
Turned out she was also the one to join me in the room.
As mentioned, Jenna is young - if she was over 22-24 I would be very surprised. Blonde, petite slim build, very attractive in a youthful way. talkative but not overly chatty.
Massage was essentially non-existent, tease was minimal and the flip concluded satisfactorily.

On walking out was introduced to of the attendants, Katie, who is also young looking, petite and pretty.

Door fee was "on-special", $30 for the half. Otherwise within MP norms.

Repeat? Possibly. The fresh-faced girls hold a definite appeal compared to my usual experience in TO, and I would be interested in seeing if their skills improve. Also a very convenient spot for me.

The two girls I saw there were both caucasian (a bit of a surprise in the area), definitely not an asian spa. Yes 20/40/60/80.

Last week, with afternoon time to kill and a vague recall of the promotion, I dropped by. The slicked-up exterior in the seedy plaza's hard to miss—and won't give you anonymity—and the lobby's had the same designer attention. Sweet young thing at the desk called "Ladies!" for the parade and one FFW and one rail-thin blonde came by to smile and intro themselves. If SYT hadn't added, "…and I'm Solange", I'd have left, but she inspired me to ask and, "yes, I do massages".

Shower down the hall, also nicely re-done, room plain but with a pro-style table almost filling it. Door fee the usual $40 (no special) and once we'd both returned to the room, and I'd asked for my usual NR (usual fee) Solange got out of her receptionist gear—tights and tee, not picked for easy on offs, I'd say but that made the watching more fun—sweet coffee body w/ just enough meat and lovely little B breasts.

A friendly half-hour ensued: she did some posing, and we played together without crossing any usual MP boundaries (her personals were defined a bit more cautiously than I liked, but politely, and with a suggestion that blurring might be available in subsequent sessions). So I just lay there content, my hands and mind pleasantly occupied and my body likewise. Without being either too negative or positive let me say what I got was more pleasant pastime than professional service.

They write time in and out on grease boards on the door. We'd extended to 45 w/ an OK from management—which involved dressing and undressing—Yay!!—to go get it, but Solange hadn't updated the board, so we got the The Knock for being five over, and word that the room was wanted, which eliminated a post-shower. All in all, I'd say Solange was mostly eye-candy (her colleagues weren't IMPO), and a pleasant companion, but not what I'd call accomplished in any of the arts, and I didn't enquire as to her sked.

So repeat is TBA.

But a decent enough place, with the expected moderate to mediocre level management an out of the way spot often gets and likewise the possibilities, if you like that sort of thing.

This place is part of the Spa Royale (Brown's Line) and Boss Spa (Queensway) chain. Too far away for my liking.
