Investigators first learned of the alleged sex acts being performed at the Jade Emperor Wellness massage business, located at 1415 E. Blanco Road in Boerne, on April 18. The investigators learned an employee had offered a sex act to a customer in exchange for money, the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release on Facebook.
The department started a week-long investigation into the business, sending an undercover officer into the parlor for a massage. During the massage, another employee allegedly offered the officer a sex act in exchange for money, the news release said.
On Friday, the department fulfilled two arrest warrants and a search warrant for the business. They collected all electronic devices, videos, customer receipts and currency as evidence. They also arrested the two previously listed suspects, according to the news release.
