Two of three women have been sentenced for offering to perform sex acts in exchange for money to undercover police officers at a West Allis massage parlor.

Li Wang, 60, of Milwaukee, was convicted of a misdemeanor charge of prostitution at a plea and sentencing hearing Sept. 21 in Milwaukee County Circuit Court, according to online court records. A felony count of keeping a place of prostitution was dismissed as part of a agreement.

Wang was sentenced to 90 days in the House of Corrections, which was stayed, and ordered to serve 18 months probation instead, with one of the conditions being that she not own, manage or be employed at a spa, nail salon or any personal care business.

Wang managed Asian Massage, which closed in January, a month after charges were filed against her and two of her employees.

The criminal complaint alleged Wang committed acts of prostitution while pressuring her employees to do the same in order to stay in business.

The employees — Xiaoye Wan, 45, of West Allis, and Qiuying Zhao, 43, of Greenfield — were each charged with a misdemeanor count of prostitution.

Zhao was found guilty and entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with the court, according to court records.

Wan failed to appear in court. A judge issued a bench warrant for her.
