Toronto and York Region have different licensing regimes.
They do things differently with York trying to stick to a "small government" philosophy.
York does not require the spas and the spa workers get a holistic license,
I have noticed a few holistic centres in Toronto have seen their licenses lapse.
We have a system that allows massage parlours to thrive and part of that is everyone paying their dues.
Its 2023 so a boycott of these unlicensed places could be considered.
Should I mention this situation to the other spas owners.
Don't Cindy, Cindy, Cindy, Wendy, Coco, Cindy, Cindy, Cindy and Helen deserve our support
