Regarding getting around, try for public transport.

If you want to go to Sweet Paradise, its just about 4 blocks from the metro station (Green "A" line). Taxi drivers are crooks here. The metro costs a dollar, and is easy to navigate.

The metro unfortunately closes at midnight. There are late night trams, but the tram system is a little more complex, and slower. Go early, so you can use the metro, and get the "happy hour" discounts at SP (1200-2000).

Prague is broken down into numbered zones with 1 being the centre and the numbers increasing as you get further out. Here's one with the central areas numbered for you. When you get there it's far easier because all road signs will tell you the zone number, the sub-urb and the street you are on. http://www.abaka.com/Czech/img/prague_map_anim.gif

Yes it helps. One more question though. I keep seeing Prague, 2, Prague3, (concerning location)etc on various websites. What does this mean

You can get fine 3* type places for $50 a night if you want value. For comfort all the big chains are in the city. My favourite is the Corinthia Towers for up market jobs although I only spent one night there and it was with a GF 2 years ago.

E90 an hour is fine. You can get laid for E50 if you go to places like Sweet Paradise off peak with the discount coupon. The quality isn't always the best but you'll find one or two 8s or 9s each visit and it is cheap and easy to find.

If you want guarenteed quality just go to K5. There you're looking more at E150 plus entrance and higher priced drinks, but if you can afford it I would go. I usually go there maybe once as a treat and then go to SP other times.

Going back to the hotel point, if you stay around Vinohrady, which is the area near Namesti Miru and I.P Pavlova metros you are in mongering country. You have K5, SP and a load of privats nearby, but you're also one stop on the metro from the centre. From there you also have direct trams to the castle and other sites which are the 22 and 23. That is if you like to see sites as well as fuck. If night clubs are your thing and want non-pros I recommend Misch Masch.

I've done some searching and it seems there are some decent hotels in Prague for under $100 a night.

I've also searched some of the club websites and they advertise 90 euros or so for an hour. Is this accurate? Does this include sex? I am not looking for cheap multiple pops with homely women. I'm willing to pay more for better quality depending on what more translates too.

The key to all your questions is to share your budget. This will affect whether it's best to stay somewhere central or somewhere slightly out of town closer to cheaper clubs. Will also affect which clubs people would recommend. Prague has huge variations between it's top tier, the tourist traps, the averages places and the budget places. You can get laid 4-5 times for what you'd pay for a high end club, but you won't be guarenteed quality. Everything comes down to budget. If you're looking for value stay in Vinohrady so places like DV and SP are nearby and where there's a ton of easy to find privats.

I will be visiting Prague in Sept and would like to try some of the action out and have a few questions.

What are some of the best places to find the women? I have found a few sites online and the prices seem to be about 90 Euros for an hour and around 400 Euros for the night.

Are clubs or escorts the better option?

What is a good hotel to stay at? (I will have family there part of the time so a normal tourist hotel that allows girlsis the best option)

I do not want to rent a car, what is the best (and safest) way to get around prague?

Anything else I should know?
