Waiting room awkwardness?

Do you guys ever recognize people you know in real life? Do you recognize each other? Is it awkward when you make eye contact with another dude while waiting?

Don't make eye contact. Only ever saw one person I knew in real life. We both pretended to never see eachother and in real life encounters after never made reference to it.

People will either not want to talk about it - mutually assured silence - or be super talkative. Just hope for the silence one if you're worried.

Or make an appointment, and if you arrive and they don't take you right to the room, ask how long and suggest that you'll wait in your car until that time to avoid the waiting room.

I have never seen anyone I knew at a MP. I don't really have anything to hide.
When I go to Perla, I rarely sit in the waiting room if I am early. I just ask the receptionist/manager if I can sit in a seat close by.
Like talking to them and they seem to welcome it. These women are quite nice.

Why should there be any awkwardness between guys in the waiting room? We're all there for the same reason, to spend time with some gorgeous ladies. It's like a brotherhood among hobbyist. I've broken the tension in the air by saying " how's it going?" The other guy usually loosen up and starts to talk. This one guy said he was seeing Adrianna for the first time. The receptionist told me I had to wait half an hour for her. I said ok, I'll make an appointment and I'll wait in my vehicle and I'll be back in time. So I went in my vehicle, reclined the seat about half way down to snooze a little. Soon after, I heard a car driving by me. It was a cop car making its rounds checking out businesses for broken windows or doors I guess. As it passed me, it stopped, backed up, 2 cops with flashlights came to interrogate me with a million questions. What are you doing here? What's your name? Where do you work at? Where do you live? What time is your appointment? They also had the balls to ask me which girl I'm waiting to see. I said, officer, this is going a little too far, and it's none of your business. I said I'm not bothering anyone, I'm sitting in my own vehicle, I'm tired and wanted to snooze a little before my appointment and didn't want to sit in the waiting area. The officer said well you can't just sit here because I can charge you for trespassing on private property. I said, you can't do that. I said the massage business is open and operating at this time. It's not like it's closed for the night. I can sit here and wait as long as I want. He said, I don't believe you. He said, I'm going in there to check with the receptionist to see if you really do have an appointment there. He came back and said ok. You do have an appointment there like you said, but next time, you have to wait inside. I said, officer, you have just wasted a half hour of your time that could have been used to find people that are really causing trouble. He said ok, have a good night. I was so mad, I just took off and went home.

Walk into Premiere and give them your name, time of your appt and your cell number. Ask the receptionisht to text you when the girl is ready to see you and tell her you don't want to wait inside as you value your privancy and feel awkward waiting inside. Go outside to your car, receive the text from the receptionist and then walk in without having your privacy invaded.

The spas I visited have been pretty good at keeping the clients isolated, not that I care. The waiting room holds just one person. Anyone else that comes in is put in a spare room. If there are no spare rooms, they ask you to come back after a while.
