what do you think of web cam chat?

I have never done it but have heard some bad things about it.
But some use it to stay in touch with relatives and friends.
So what do you think about it?
how do you put web cam on email I am clueless to this subject. Thanks or your help.

i have one in one of my boxes somewhere, i should take it out and learn to use it but ive been lazy and since ive moved i dont even know which box its in

Because it is hands free, I use it sometimes with family and friends. Still to some, I have to hide my appearance and don the mask.

Good if you got kids and live far from family and such, and gives them a chance to see them. I use Skype. You can control who you can do video or text (like regular IMing) with.

As far as email, not sure what you mean. For me, my Skype is always active and on my personal email (the account for just family and friends), all my contact info and account names ar eon it, for AIM, YIM, Skype, telepathy, etc.

No one without authorization through any of my programs can video me at their will. Only at mine.

I think it's Good because if you perfer seeing a friend or family it feels like they are with you and they understand better if your trying to talk serious with them

You should only webcam chat with those you know. Unless you know the person who wants to webcam with you, don't accept the invite...I suggest that you don't use it on Omegle, but on your email where you can choose who to webcam with. Be safe when you do webcam, and don't do anything you wouldn't want other people, colleges, or your boss to see, becuase chats can be recorded and put on Youtube. Be safe and I hope this helps
