I think I am that ball park with this girl. During my brief foray into dating before taking a break and going into spa life, i think the biggest age gap for a girl i was dating is.. 23 years. 49 vs 26. Crazy.

ok. Getting back to one of OG's earlier post about the girl complaining her guy doesn't gym.. do you guys work out?

Yes/no? What is your routine like? I was trying for 5 workouts every week before the holiday break. I haven't gone for a couple of weeks, and went back to lifting this past weekend. Ugh. sore af. And starting next week, back at it for 6 workouts/week, doing mostly cardio (3 hours of weights vs 5 hours of cardio). I still haven't gotten this zone 2 shit down but can't wrap my head around how slower is faster. Or do you just play sports?

lol, to women, if a guy she wants is not with her, she doesn't pick fault with him and only wonders how to get him.

Once she has him, she finds all kinds of fault with him.

IMO there's no fault point doing sth to satisfy something women say they want.

I prefer light workouts to maintain flexibility and play men's league hockey and soccer. Occasionally pick up basketball with a group of friends.

I've been invited to play coed volleyball. That sounds interesting. Something about women and volleyball.

Zone 2 training will eventually increase your aerobic capacity and also allows your body to recover more efficiently. I do a lot of that in running...

I need to get back to weight training though...
