Who cares if this girl wears glasses all the time? Maybe she is self conscious about something? Maybe she has sensitive eyes? Who are we to judge?

It is more than about wearing glasses. It is her attitude and lack of customer service. Not she will honor the scheduled appointment, the girls are always running behind, demanding money up front. Bang on the door to tell the girl to hurry up, dirty shower stall s evident in the photos posted by ken Carter.

Considering I only go there once every couple months, she always greets me quite nicely. Guess she likes us bald fat white guys who dont drive expensive cars.
Take a look in the mirror boys, maybe its your demeanor that contributes to her greeting you in not a kind manor. Frankly, I am surprised cc would ever go to one of her spas considering he always shit-talks them on behalf of another spa-owner. Grow up and move on. I had a very sub-par experience at QQ Square this week. That ship has sailed - dont need that experience again .

I haven't been there since Mika is still working. Candy is a hit and a miss. If Michelle wants to market her spa like an upscale up, she needs to step up in terms of customers service. Calling somebody a cheap bastard or refuse to apologize after making customer wait over half an hour won't cut it. If it happens once in a blue moon, I am ok with it. However if it is persistent, then it is a problem for a spa who wants to be an upscale spa.

No compensation for the delay and demand extra fee for table shower. Fuck that

Agreed. A lot can change over time too. There are places that I've had bad experience with, I just stop going to them; but will occasionally check the thread to see if others (non obvious shrills) have had better experiences. Posting excessively like this is not helping. It gets ignored just as much as the obvious shrill posts.

I've only been here twice. Called in to book, had no issues either time. One time was greeted by Michelle, she was very nice. Facility is not as new or clean as some places, but not bad enough for me to avoid it entirely.

The issue is she doesn't let you see the girl first as a walk-in (when you haven't made an appointment) or see and pick from among who is available. The only reason to operate like this is because you think customers won't consensually agree to stay once they see the girl. Add to the fact that the pics are fake, so you have no idea what you're getting. She says don't worry the girl is young, and I'll take her word on that, but that's not the only criteria people care about. When every other spa lets you go and choose who you want, why would you ever go here?
