I stopped patronizing them due to the girls short changing the customers on time, too bad wanted to check out some of the new talent. I wish management all best on their new business strategy, my money will be going to the neighboring spas.

Renee penalized the girl as the result all the other girls got the message, so this cheating time thing never happened to me, they all known me. It’s your right to tell them to stay if you don’t say it some of them will taking advantage. it’s also your choice to go somewhere else but don’t think this is about the management issue to be fair.
Therefore, tell the girl to stay, talk to Renee or post the girls name let other folks and Renee know.

One of the one hour sessions I booked and we finished at 45. After the shower and on the way back I checked her. I messaged her basically saying that session ended at 45 mins should have been an hour. She acknowledged I booked her again and we were good.

Guys, you gotta check the girl and tell her. Let her know what’s up it’s part of the game to give feedback. Let them know.

Short-cutting service time is not uncommon, and I had such bad experiences in various places, including Flirt, a top-upscale spa. When a girl has a busy day, she might tempted to cut corners and take more clients. Some girls had a better approach and told me that they had to leave a bit earlier because it was very busy and the spa was short of manpower. However, they would compensate me next time.
It's good that Rookie reported his case, which was taken care of by the Spa Management. No one likes to pay for 10 oranges and only get 8. So, for me, it's good that some people reported them and I believe Renee will make sure that will not happen again.
I would like to report some pleasant experiences as the holiday season is upon us. Last week, I booked Coco for 45 minutes and ended up getting an hour (which caused me to be late for an event). The week before, after I had an hour with Anita, Renee came into the room and gave me 15-20 minutes of bonus time (free). I could stay longer but had to go because I had to attend a dinner. I can go on and on, but there are always better days and not-so-good days.
Knowing Renee for years, I believe she will listen to you and act fairly. So speak up to her if you have any issues (it could be a great opportunity to open up an exciting relationship with this sexy Queen)

I dont understand why you continue to deflect and attack people for sharing their honest feedback, Renee actually PM'd me about this issue when I posted that its happened to me and even though I was very happy with her response and solution, if you really want to attempt to discredit or attack people for sharing how they feel about this issue I'll gladly provide specifics about both my experiences of being cut short on time including one specific girl that cut my appointment down to 40 minutes as it got busy outside and still expected me to pay the full $60 for an hour session.

Not every business is only going to have positive experiences and even though the majority 98% of my experiences are great at SL, you attempting to discredit these posts and attack people about it is so sad and pathetic even though I think Renee is doing an incredible job with the place you need to not take everyone comment so personally

Edit: I would like to add that Renee does do an incredible job in ensuring that you are always happy with your experience at SL and if there ever is an issue she always investigates and ensures there is a amicable solution for both sides, including responding to any comments that are negative experiences that other members have had at SL, so if you guys do ever have an experience you are not happy with always let her know as she will resolve the issue, I know that for a fact

I'm not sure what's the best approach. I just dealt with my experience with Renee and resolved it right away. issue solved...done. Thought never crossed my mind bringing it here, but that's just me.

Not everyone has that relationship with Renee and imagine being a new customer and having this experience and not knowing what to do after seeing all the amazing reviews about this place, also I myself hate confrontation and honestly I let those two incidents slide as I still go to SL very often, I only responded as Jiminy said another members post about it happening to him was B/S and he continues to do it even though multiple people have confirmed it has happened to them and others even saying its very common in the industry.


The best response is for sure to just let Renee know as she always takes care of it in person or on here and even for me mine happened months ago she still offered me and apology and a credit which I didnt even ask for and told her I do not care I was just being honest about my experience
