Here’s a new day, and we have some new critics. As I mentioned, we’re too busy to spend time responding to unnecessary posts.

One person brought up that the water heater didn’t work for 10 minutes on last week Friday, so let’s clear this up: one of the girls accidentally turned off the switch, but the hot water was back up in no time.

Same person trying to bring up our anniversary promotion—which ended on October 31st and it was success.

If anyone has legitimate concerns about our facility, please let us know, and we’ll work to improve.

But if your goal is to start a thread just to talk about our water heater all day, it shows a lack of basic business management understanding.

The correct way to handle these things is the same way you handled the photoshopped image question yesterday. Oops. My bad. Won’t happen again. I didn’t think the hot water would be an issue. As for the promotion, just say better communication next time. That would have ended everything. The complaints were valid and addressed and we can move on. The whole going back and forth was not a good look - especially accusing me of fucking up on the dates. Don’t do that again. It’s not a good look.

I didn’t read everything, but it looks like you added a screenshot afterward. I think he mentioned above that he thought you were talking about your last appointment with Michelle.
