Why would anyone roll the dice with appointments when your attendants fail to show up to work? You still haven't addressed this part of the issue. You're baiting-and-switching on this thread already. Seriously? Like the fellas want to spend $160-$180 (for 30 minutes - or even less in most cases) on someone they didn't want to see? Are you running a charity or something?
What kind of "shit and drama" have the customers ever caused you? I'd really like to know. At the end of the day, the customers are not here to serve you - it's the other way around, buddy. They're not here to kiss your boss's ass in the same way you do. (It's not like they are planning on becoming a pimp.)
