You will weed out the time-wasting MPAs and get to the ones that give you the most for your money.

I never accept anything less than FS. And I always get FS from any MPA I visit. An MPA will know I am serious and she will either tell me immediately that she doesn't do that or she will agree to do it right away. I know in less than 30 seconds what will happen during the appt and so does the MPA. Both of you have to respectfully make it clear what you want from the appt.
