You have to love Toronto - rich people go to a high end mall to buy expensive designer goods, but they still have to deal with gun shootings. I suppose God is punishing us for bringing them over as slaves hundreds of years ago. Sigh.

As Toronto continues to ask for millions during real estate deals, and as the traffic and crime get worse and worse, more non-blacks will seek a better life outside of the big city.

Great for home prices in the areas I listed above. The Chinese will eventually start buying up the real estate outside of Toronto because they won't want to raise their Chinese kids in a GTA-wide Ghetto.

It's not racist. It's just a fact. Look at what happened to Detroit when all the blacks decided to move from the southern states to get jobs. Detroit used to be a high class city. Look at it now. It's bankrupt. Half of all homes in Detroit had to be torn down. Slummy neighbourhoods everywhere. It's not because of Caucasions. Detroit has the highest proportion of blacks than any other city. So, who is to blame for Detroit's problems?
