DT treatment involves massaging the area around the little boy and the ass; and the area right under the groin. It also involves squeezing the testis, where the pain comes from. It will not get to the prostate. The areas that are pressed and the level of pressure/force are different from those of the petitioners. The way they apply the squeezing is also different. They may also do some massaging to relax your body.
I had seen Selena/SL, Angela/Golden 101 and Michele BMR. Selena is the most liberal and can go nude. Angela offers HJ with a taste of intimacy upon request and Michele is the most restrictive and HJ is mechanical (for treatment purposes, as she told me). Angela and Michele have their clothes fully on.
