Customer Service at SRM

So whenever you call Srm ,instead of checking the availability of your favourite mpa you ask for Joy Or Anita? That's strange!!!!!!.
I agree with you that both of them usually greet you and treat you well but it just doesn't make any sense that you only go there whenever the owner or her sisters are working only.
Personally , the last time i saw Anita there was sometime last yr, I mostly see either the Amazing DR.JOY or some cute looking receptionists ,one of them might look a bit clueless bit still never had any major issue with any.

Booking my favourite there is already an adventure and a half but if i start worrying about the availability of the owners on the premise..........................

I agree that lateness, therefor having to wait sometimes is the nature of the massage parlour beast, but having to wait more than 15 - 20 mins IMO is excessive. One time I had to wait almost 40 mins, but managment was nice enough to waive the door fee. For that reason, I always keep this place in my top 3# rotation. Customer service = repeat business.

I'm fortunate enough to know VBB on a personal level. We met at one of the massageplanet.net parties and still keep in touch.

I'll say flat out I respect him alot; professionally, personally and as a hobbyist.

WRT customer service, VBB's certainly entitled to his opinion about waiting, and yeah it can be frustrating at times. Sometimes you've had a shitty day and been looking forward to spending time with your fav MPA, only to be told she's way behind, or had to leave early, or perhaps didn't even make it in that night.

... but I don't know any spa more focused on CS than SRM.

Joy has been extremely nice to me, and even when I lost my job before Xmas, she told me to drop by and say hi, which I did upon occassion...

... obviously knowing I didn't have money for a session.

I'll never forget her kindness at a time things were looking down

Oh... and yes it's nice to have Cyan back at SRM again !!

I Think That We Are Always The Customer
And If You Put Up With Bad Service
And Still Support The Mp And Or Mpa
You Get What You Deserve
If Any Other Area Did This We Wold Pull Our Support
Looking At The Sites Of All The Mp
I Think That There Is Enough Quality To Go Around
Bad Service Should Not Be Excepted
