I would second marks words.. if u get caught in a serious raid no permits will help you.. it depends on how confident you appear to the police. No LE is a social reformer.. so find your way out of the mess..

The only confidence I have is by looking at the past.For me 10 years have gone in mps and dbs.. there are people in this forum who are having fun from the 90 s.. so people have survived all .

Yes, you need to have the permit for drinking in bar n resturant.. its also considered in SB,db and ob... Usually if a raid happens LE don't harm the customers as owner knows the drill. Owner make sure that the girls and customer are safe at the first place.. if anything thing is not good their(owner) reputation is on toss. The news will spread like fire.. it might also cause his business to go down... make sure when ever you visit the bar you search for the bulb which is the warning instruction...make sure you keep the money(bundles) inside and not on the table...stay calm don't panic...

Get an online permit from state govt website.

It is created in 7-10 days from online payment.

It's illegal to handle or drink liquor in Maha state without this permit.

Secondly if you are with a adult gal with consent no IPC can put u into legal trouble

Thirdly you have to manage the black mail that your family would be informed ... Can't help much, you have to create your own solution

Yesterday I visited there around 6:30 pm, its feel empty. Only 8 to customer are there and also gals . Waited for an hour and finally find one and then called her ( Ro###ni), she was in mini Scott. Had some chit chat . Asked what she don't do. She said no dfk and dogy only mission... Feel little compromise. Then asked for rate including all she told 5k + 2.2k. As per previous experience I bargen for 6.2 k total. Afysome time she agreed. All is coporative and ride good but time watcher

saw few discussion regarding the LE activities....

Guys want to say something....

relax about LE, no matter what u take permit or not no matter what..... If they want charge you under anything in IPC or CrPc they will. Just relax its alway about settlement, either bar owner will do or you will have to do yourself if things escalates.

Never show any signs of worry in front of LE. Never start any negotiation with them yourself. And if do start with the most lowest ranking officer in them... they will tell you to how to convince senior. If all fails call lawyer (keep this as last resort).

Being from Legal background, I can assure you they won't harass you unless they really want to close down that place.

All this buisness is about intimidation... so relax finish your drink and then be the last to start any conversation.

I have been mongering from over 10 years, Luckily never got in any raids. but its really not that serious if we cans settle with money.

Anyways Leave all this serious things, No one knows tmrw I might go somewhere and something hpns, until then lets enjoy guys.


In this weather and at this time not heading any SB..... but will enjoy Spa in thane so lets seee, booked an appointment for an hour at 2.....

Rule of thumb when there is a raid

Do not panic

There is always 5 mins time between LE reaching at gate of Db and LE actually entering Db

Most of the Db ( I assume Sbs also ) have a alarm system which rings when LE is at gate of Db

So in that few minutes ,do following

Get dressed properly ( in case you are in middle of Hj )

Put all your change ( ten or twenty rs notes ) in your pocket

Don't give them to gal or waiter in a moment of hurry ( so many times , people end up doing that and money is lost )

Keep them with you in your own pocket

Generally LE don't trouble customers and at the max they note your name and number and let you go

So don't panic

If possible , venture out for smoking or Pretend that u have some urgent phone call

Most of the times , just sit quiet and LE will go away

Now if LE wants to talk to you , then be polite and answer with confidence

Common questions asked and common error that people do are following

1- what is your mobile number and name

Commonest error down by people

Give wrong mobile number to LE
Alone with wrong name
Don't do that

LE will check the phone in front of you and if he finds that you are giving him wrong number , then you are in bigger trouble

Don't ever Tell lies to LE

LE don't like it at all

If u want to give wrong name ,then make sure your sim shows same name when checked by LE on True caller

2 - LE will ask you your address

Always be ready with any random address which is far off

For example , if you are caught in say Nerul Db, give address of bhandup

Bhandup is out of jurisdiction of Nerul LE
So they don't bother you much

Trick is to know alternative address pit pat so that you can rattle it out with confidence infront of LE

It is not difficult to find out any random correct address and stick to it as your alternative address for all LE raids

Don't give any lavish adress
Choose and give some chawl or low level society adress

3 - is any one at your home ?

I stay with my friends as I work in Mumbai

Again Be ready with alternative adress of any office which is far off

( again do home work and be ready )

Sir I stay alone with my friend as paying guest

My family is at native place
They are not educated
They have only land line
But if u want someone then please I can call my friend

Now u must have one Friend who can come and save your ass in case it is needed

So be ready with that one person name and number which is genuinely correct and is your best friend and can come when LE calls and saves you

Lastly generally don't keep any ID in your pockets when u monger

I keep everything in car and then to to Db

If u want to keep ID then u can not lie about your name and adress

Remember LE don't like people who Lie

If u can have separate sim for mongering with separate name and one fake ID proof with that name , then you are generally fool proof and LE can't do much

Some people will say why not give correct ID

U can do that if u have
But I generally avoid it as I have alternative ID ready with different name


And lastly , if LE ask for some donation and then do give it and sort out the matter

They also know that you are just removing water and not doing some crime of grave significance

had the first experience of LE at a bar last week. it was unbelievable - i was enjoying my drink with my girl. all of a sudden, she disappeared in a flash and so did all the girls in matter of a second. didn't have any idea what the hell was going on. lights changed colour / pattern briefly and that was the trigger point. couldn't believe the super efficiency the girls got out - like you unleash 1000 bottles of Baygon sprays on a bunch of 100 cockroaches. one of fellow drinkers educated me about what's going on. 2-3 people came up (police in plain clothes) but really didn't ask anyone anything. but this was quite a sinking feeling briefly but the feeling of sunk was no way close to the feeling I had earlier this week. I almost died.
went to a bar after parking my car after trying at few spots. had few drinks and dances, returned to the spot and didn't see my car. I looked around and still didn't see the car. I asked few people nearby whether they had seen my car / model and they said 'ha ek lamba aadmi red shirt mein aaya aur chabi ghusake le gaya. aap ne bandh nahi kiya tha kya thik se'; I was 100 feet under the ground then. I had the worst feeling not only about the car being stolen but more about how do I explain to wife where the car was and why !!! it is not a place where you'd go 11pm at night for a stroll / drive whilst I was pondering about life after divorce, I took a chance to look at other spots I was driving around and pressing the remote. most fortunate moment ever in my life - I saw a car beeping ! alcohol does crazy things to you - I was looking at the wrong spot and it was so coincidental the guys on the street said whatever they said. Seldom I have felt so incredibly relieved - feeling like agla janam ! take care friends

Yesterday got freed, went to star night at 1. 20 am to watch some dances along with couple of pegs...

Fully packed atmosphere, awsome dance from a couple of beauties.

Mostly customers are all around 45 to 50 yrs of age...money was showered like flowers, good to see.

But something happened in Maya bar, like the regular fight between partners...

Maya has become a dreaded place for customers, due to its notorious past...

It affected all the happystreet joints to close before 2 am...

I Was in a mood to full talli and dance, but got klpd...

So next few days let's start again with new momentum, new joints, some new styles.

The recent LE issues may have decelerated the speed, but the recent onset of rainy season has brought the new aroma of pahla sawan...

Next 3 days the meteorological department has predicted heavy to very heavy showers in Mumbai and all around country. Like that of 2005...

So dear mongerers, take care of your tool and your girl's also, if you can

But in spite of all, mongering will not stop..
