Guys, maybe it's just me but giving tips to coatwalas is something I don't understand at Mayur or anywhere, I tried to offer them whatever amount I wanted to give but he insisted politely to give 100. Then the waiter and doorman.

So it's your 200 bucks wasted in addition to whatever extra which is 5 times of cost you pay.

Doing the mathematics

If the doorman gets 50rs from 50 people daily,

It gets 2500 as his daily income and 75000 monthly in cash plus his salary whatsoever


Now coatwala, if they take 100rs from around 10 customers daily, it makes 1000 daily and 30000 per month in cash

You are already paying 5 times extra for beer

I don't think it makes sense to tip them that way. Many people won't agree here I know but just had to put my opinion and bring some improvement in this if possible.

Now coming to the ladies, I know the urge to be with them is natural men behaviour. But these bar girls look below average with rarely a few average lookers. The money we are spending is just because of that urge. Imagine our urge is making the doorman rich per day.

This culture has major flaws, there are customers with heavy wallet ofcourse who can afford such overcharges but most of us who are ok to spend for Value For Money are in loss. This is not VFM.

I hope it makes sense.

I pay 50 min, 100 avg, 200 max if kotwala do some settings
I pay waiter 50 100 depending service
I pay 10 or 20 max to doorman. I never pay anyone else.

Now comming to greedyness of girls and staff could be those are absolutely stupid people and have no idea on howmuch hard it is to earn money. Sala being engineer fresher guy has to screw ass over month working 9 10 hrs daily to get 15 20 25k. These bar customers wont pay nicely to their workers but throw on girls.

I would like to mention one thing. In baywatch there is one very very regular customer who occupies middle seat and he has few girls. On baywatch bday party he cut cake and throw money on each owner. Then his favorite girls danced. Each girl dance only on one song but he threw 3k avg on each girl per song. So taking 3k per song as total day income of that db girl is still more than what i earn per day . Then arrived ranjeet bhai who bought over 1 L i guess and all girls went there including this regular guy. He was so pissed off. He started giving badwords to owners and girls. I thought baywatch lost customer. Owner said bhai kuch nahi...kal wapas ayega.. piyega... Ladki dekhega... Wapis sab chalu.. So these owners staff girls think that money making is very easy and we all earn 10L 15L monthly. So requesting everyone to spend as min as you can.

Easier said than done bro. Once you get accustomed to bright lights and loud music with fake make-up girls you slowly get addicted. India badly needs a organized adult entertainment venues like west. I guess govt. Could earn better if they legalize some joints.but it will be hard for politicians n police to earn from that, that's why they don't want it.

Kuch nay logo ne rate bigad kar Rakha hai, normal sb rate is 500 for girls for 45 min to 1 hour. Waiter 100rs for 1 hour. Gatekeeper none to 20 RS. Agar jayada rukte ho to jayeda do Kam rukte ho to Kam do..45 min to 1 hour ke Baad waiter naye order ke liye poochega

Setting wala kotwala pakadlo aur bargain karo. Jaise rajesh karke banda hain baywatch me. Itna set hain ki koi bhi ladki bolu to set kara deta hain. Mera bahut sara drink sex ka kam wohi karta hain. The thing is tipping is not a fixed charge and it depends on the will of customer. But this condition cannot be achieved honestly. Its too late. Unko paisa kamana h wo kamalenge but aap apne bachao
