Some don't have a clue what they're doing. I got banned at FooT To Be spa for a small suggestion that they could do well as a legit spa if they run it properly. He banned me for no reason. The spa lasted only 3 months , went bankrupt and got locked out by the landlord. Lots of spa girls approached me wanting to open their own spas. I told them if they don't have at least 20 regular customers and don't have a friend who has lots of regular customers, don't even think about it.
