Actually that is considered as stealing. Just because somebody doesn't pay, that doesn't give you the right to hold something hostage.

Since you like to share stories, I will share one of my own. One time I went to Post office to pick up my parcel. I wasn't told I had to pay import duty on my parcel. I didn't have enough cash on me and the credit card machine was broken. I told her I would come back to pay the duty and asked her to return my driver license and my credit card in the meantime. That bitch refused to return either item. She said you come back with cash, then she will returned them. She even threatened to call the police for demanding to see her Manager and she said I will tell the cops you were detained for stealing stuff from the store. I told her go fucking call the police and I will reserve the right to hire the lawyer for defamation and plus she got no physical evidence to show that I was stealing. I told her, my fucking parcel is still with her at the back of the counter, I pay for the shipping, do you honestly think I wouldn't come back and pay the import duty? She won't budge some I had to go to get cash from a ATM machine within the mall. And I had to pay a bank fee since I wasn't using the bank machine. I ended up filing an official complaint with Canada post. Canada post sided with me, they said the customer rep has no right to detain my credit card and driver license for being unable to pay the import duty. She was fired after an investigation. Morale of the story, you cannot hold people's items as hostage.

Oh btw, notice I didn't reveal the ethnicity of the woman. I don't see how it is relevant to the story

Oh...I forgot one more . Last Thursday EB had a young Black kid in his mid 20s came over with a white Porsche Cayene. He wanted 2 shots and promised the girl good tips. Alice was nice enough not to mention any amount. You don't want to know how much he tipped the girl. Fkn 10 bucks saying that's what he usually tipped in downtown Spadina spas. I was out golfing and came back and saw Amy and Alice cornered the kid besides the entrance door arguing about the tip. I was surprised when Amy told me he paid only 10 bucks. I got involved, gave the kid a good lecture and told him never to come back here again. The kid was quite polite , went to his car , get some money from his car and tried to give another 10 dollars. I just told him to get the fck out. To make Alice feel better , Amy paid Alice the room fees and the $10 tip.

Just had a 45 m session with the new girl Eva after a round of golf. I was playing golf this morning and she didn't know who I was when I stepped into the spa. The other girls were busy including the boss Amy. She saw me in the monitor and came out to greet me at the front lobby. I was dead tired from golf and my original plan was to get a massage from either Kelly or Alice, but I like what I saw and just followed her when she led me into room 2.
