Some of them are smarter than you think. They don't issue RMT receipts and they never let you know they're RMTs. Only a few fake RMTs with lic certificates they bought a few yrs back are issuing receipts cuz they are trying to cash in as much as they can before they got caught.

But I think her organization may know because this typical client has gone through four different PSW‘s..
