From my experience, for example, she has never given me her consent that it can be shared with other people.
There are enough pointers on this page that give you tips how to get to her, while possibly avoiding Amy and Lucy.

She is happy to give out her number herself, especially if she is comfortable with you. Otherwise don't push it, or else, we might end up having no Gigi at all.

Don't call there, ever. Unless you have Gigi's personal #, just go there, and go early, before 4pm. It's a crap shoot, but this way there are chances that you will get through. If I were you, I'd come in the morning.

Lucy is Tuesday and Thursday. I suspect she works elewhere on other days. But it’s hard getting past either one of them. Amy does go away sometimes on weekends, so you might get lucky then, but my advice is just persist till you get her once. Gigi’s voice is cute & unique, so whether you get her cell number first time or not, you will be able to call the spa after that till you hear her voice. Then book directly with her.

I have braved it out with Amy a few times, just said, Hi Amy, I’m here for Gigi & pushed past her, even when there is no appointment.
