No, I agree w u, terb aint dead… just has huge flaws .

Msg section = a joke. Since u cant talk about xxxtras, hard 2 no whos gd @ what… unlike escort section, where u can find 4 example bj girls pretty easy, u cannot find spa bj girls. When reviews = permitted, can b very subjective bcuz so few mbrs contribute… Example: somebody had it in 4 Olivia @ Ellagance, well regarded here…

Escort section? Dont trust agency girl reviews , since they suppress unhappiness there , but non-agency = very reliable.

If u notice interesting gal on LL / LC, its worth checking on terb… most arent there but a few are… a few hidden gems 2b found that way.

Terb was fun in my SP days as KJ and in my spa days as Gentle Scorpio with yearly best Asia spas info but after it became so popular, a few wanna be mods and other non Asian major spas lobbied to kick me out and there's nothing much left to read after I left. I got back in there with a few new handles before I found out about massage planet. but mod99 tracked me down and banned me again and again....lol. I never look back after I joined planet.

They are still pretty good for in call Agencies and SPs. Nothing for Asian spas other than their member Soup posting here and there a bit.

A forum needs people like KJ to make the communications attractive, but only to a certain extent. If they feel his "personal advertising" gains more popularity over the regular ads and start to make these ads useless, he would be considered as a problem. It's all about business. That's one thing.
Another thing is KJ's lifestyle and extraordinary boastings indirectly hurt some people's feelings! He gives stories about his financial situation and golfing and his "unique" relationships with the girls and his high living, etc. Being superior is one thing, putting others in inferior situation is another! He creates enemies without even he know that. He loves to share what he found interesting and he keeps play around it, till make some people puke! Well, these guys start to attack him and when their numbers get higher, the owners of the site consider this as a problem and simply they ban the cause of it.
I'm not sure if I'm in a right direction, but that's my understanding.

I still use TERB as well as this board. IMHO, the problem with MassagePlanet is that the spa ads are so intermixed with reviews, it becomes a project to find useful reviews. For example, if I search for "Coco" in the GTA Massage Reviews, I have 20 pages of ads before I hit a review. There's got to be a better way.

In addition you have a bunch of idiots, acting like kids hijacking threads, calling people fucktards etc.. all the time. Then you have the bunch that are PAID in some form or another (money, free door fee, extra service, mpa/spa friend etc..) to shill/promote/bump a spa/girl . At least some are now labelling themselves as to what they truly are and have been doing (while trying to pretend they were not with multiple handles) for a longtime on both boards. Once you go down that route then the review/statements are totally questionable due to their self interest in the spa/mpa and I view them as that (they are no longer Joe blow doing a review of a girl). There are probably 10% honest reviews on this site and the rest spa ads ( also good now labelled as ADs) and self interest (in one form or another) commentary. Also I get that somebody has to pay for these two sites, but in the end MP is just the opposite side of the coin of Terb. No moderation, lot of bullshit and many people using it for some personal gain. While Terb is totally censored and in the interest of the big spas/agencies/SP advertisers. However their classified section seems to be more reasonably as it is not tied to any large entity. To much censorship and no censorship both have their problems which can clearly be seen on both sites.

Strange that you find it difficult to find what you are looking for here, there are so many options to narrow your search results... in example you provided, all you have to do is select prefix "review" and all "spa ads" will be excluded.

I know it would take forever to delete and/or reclassify the ones that are already there, but what about going forward?

You can filter out threads tagged “ spa ads” but ofc if they’re not tagged, u still see’m.

I think when Backpages got shut down everyone started getting paranoid and went over board with the censuring. Then with advertisers also pushing their agenda, things went downhill for the users even more. I went on TERB just the other day and I realized it must have been 5 years at least since the last time I was on the site. So for me, definitely not a go to site anymore.
