Simple economics. In recession, luxury goods lose value most.

Detached houses/Mansions tanked prices. But apartments and small townhouses, semi-detached don't lose as much value, their demand increases.

Luxury cars like Lexus, Mercedez, BMW also tanked in value, same with Tesla's. The 10 year old lexus I have is almost same value as a toyota/honda similar car, sad but it is what it is.

People stop buying organic or going to fancy restaurants. Stop going on vacations and instead start working overtime.

Same with girls...hobbying whether regular massage or escorts, is definitely luxury hobby. Escorts more so because insurance isn't paying for that

Prices will continue to go lower for all luxury goods. Probably until end of the year and might continue into Q1/Q2 of 2024. Rebound/growth after that will be slow or "normal". Not like COVID spike.

There needs to be some moderation. Someone said last week Select had posted a member's name/phone/photo on the site (claimed member hadn't paid IIRC ) and the mods had taken it down.

Obviously, that would be a legitimate reason to pull a post, or just constantly bashing some Asian agency for lack of white talent, then that's not really helping anyone

Apparently, they did, but I haven't heard it anywhere else. TERB has a habit of killing threads pretty quickly if it's something they don't like, so unless someone screenshotted the post can't prove it.
