Overall I think the downsides outweigh the upsides. Sure maybe in some cases it might make the sessions a little more fun. But really shouldn't that be their goal regardless?: that is the business they are in!

There's a pretty fine line between just the right amount and too much, especially at work, which is not the easiest for many people to manage. In my opinion it creates more problems than it solves.

Openly drinking on the job may be considered a perk of employment by the girls, but from the perspective of the spa ownership I really wonder whether it's a good idea to tolerate from a business perspective.
