I won't tell you to get over it, but I'll tell you that you'll just have to accept it. That's why whoever is hiring will never admit if they're hiring on the basis of a person's skin colour, but rather their qualifications.
But look up "radical acceptance" you're just gonna have to accep the fact that some women have their reasons and there are plenty, you can scream all you want that it's immorant, racist, etc, but no doubt a lot of the concerns are legit and that's the end of it.
Whether it's they're being pimped out already, they find the black or brown men abusive or aggressive, they don't pay, bad hygiene, whatever, it's their choice. I highly doubt that every single reason or the majority of reasons will be, "because I don't like black or brown skin", it has more to do with the attitudes or behaviours.
