I tried out Ocean Motion yesterday, it is in a busy strip mall with wide open entrance, if that bothers you, but I am way past worrying about what others think, the place was well kept, clean and shower was decent size (curved corner shower with sliding doors). It looked like 4-6 rooms in total...

I only go there for an Hour.. But the charges are only $80 for body slide/CBJ or possible BBBJ…only Body slide and HJ..$60.. But some may charge for BBBJ..$ 100.. Depending on who you get, .. Im pretty sure somewhere in this form was a break down on the price..
