yeah this place is not for me. i gave them too many chances to do right by me. i called early this morning to book an appointment, i asked if the girl was there she said yes but shes busy and she has a 9:30am appointment i said ok np. we booked it for a later time just before noon. so i drive to om which is an hour drive for me! i get there and she tells me the girl isnt there yet and she hasnt been in all morning, and she tried contacting her and she isnt answering her msges.

why book appointments when the girl isnt even in the establishment yet?!?!?!?! and why not call me and tell me?!?! i am very disappointed and frustrated that happened to me today. it is completely unacceptable. she didnt even offer a discount or anything for my troubles. she did not take accountability for her actions at ALL. all she did was ask me if i wanted to try another girl which i did not partake in. i left and i will not be back.

if you look at the msges from me above, i was looking forward to going again, to give them another shot. only because ive been waiting for that girl to work again and when she told me she was going to be in today i was excited. this ruined my afternoon/ schedule
