Walked into OM today and what an experience. Have been there so many times but Yuki was totally off the rails today. Extremely rude, raising voice out of now where.

I just saw the line up and asked respectfully who else would be free and she just lost it !

I expressed clearly to her on why such sassy and rude behaviour and she denied and raised her voice again !!! Seriously

I tried to give her benifit of the doubt (maybe she is stressed or a bad day or did not realize it but despite politely asking she was in her own zone


I’m sure someplace would value my business , like OM did in the past

Maybe yes or previous visits I did not pay attention to this as the conversations have been short as I’ve mostly had appointments. But this time when I did not like anyone form the current lineup and that’s when I saw how difficult it is to hold a respectful discussion with her

I lineup the girls who is available when you coming, but they are not catching your eyes, sorry for that, you asked me who just came out from the room, I sat in front desk, we are in different way, I can't see who was just getting out from the room, I asked you just wait a second, I went to check, and ask Ana to say hi to you. Even she was still not available. If you think I rude for you , I am sorry for that, and I also apologize that in person when you was here, you didn't listen that. I always try our best nice to each customers .sorry about what you feeling today. And thanks for your understanding.

Given Yuki's track record with the vast majority of customers this situation sounds unusual. Also, you are the same customer who gave a fake review of Luna a while back that included bbbj cum.(I only include this as I like to take into account the credibility of those who complain)

Booking in advance etc goes without saying, may not happen evertime and people sometimes do just drop in not expecting unacceptable behaviour
