Umm, BBFS is hard to refuse in the heat of the moment. If you succumb (as I occasionally do) take a shower after and do a good job cleaning your one eyed snakes. I think that the reason that high mileage SWs seem to stay healthy is their fastidious cleaning between clients. Plus they do a lot of physical work so they do get their exercise in. And make sure your immune systems are healthy (take your vitamins). A basic multi-vitamin, fish oil pills (or eat fish a couple of times a week) plus 2,000 to 5,000 IUs a day of vitamin D is a good basic start.
