Go for two girls back to back. 1 hour is a long time to service anyone personally - whether a haircut or a handjob/massage.

Let the girls know you are going back to back and pay the 2nd girl $20 more for the more work that will likely be needed. Let the girls choose which appt they want - the 1st or 2nd appt and inform them that there is more money to be had in the 2nd appt.

Well, that is a good question in retrospect. I did get a service that we would normally tip for. I tipped based on that minus the change in room fee.
