The time to act was during the first province wide lockdown. If we had stopped all incoming travel, did proper contact tracing and testing, we'd be in a great situation right now. Even when you do everything right all you need to do is let up a little and the virus can come roaring back yet again...

Agreed the patchwork approach is a farce... people will just go to whichever region is open and bring the virus with them from their higher risk closed region.
