I do not currently work for premiere, but did for a significant amount of time.

And there are men with amazing reputations, but that's usually attached to heavy tips or lots of repeating. We do love some for their personalities as well, and I always love a client who can give a legit massage.

My favorite client has never tipped but is an rmt and massages me the whole session.

It's very busy there, and always a lot of new clients. Some were awesome, some were Ursus. I prefer working in a different location where I have more say, but still being able to keep my high volume.

I've never witnessed pressure myself, because I'm dtf.

But picture this: you're in a sea of people giving away gold nuggets, and all you have is silver nuggets. Try and stay busy selling your silver, when gold is thought of as superior.

Some can do it well, others, with little to no personality, cannot.

Most girls who don't do it, already have a good client base and don't need to.

But the rule of thumb is, if you're not busy then bye.

So not required, but if not doing it makes you slow, you won't survive.

To each other, were pretty open. At least I've found that at the premiere chain.

To you guys? I don't really know. I'm pretty open because I have a pretty good rapport with clients but some girls may bullshit.
