I always offer a tip, even if the girl doesn't ask. At Premier girls often don't ask because it seems like management discourages it, but it's still the decent thing to do, and widely understood that there are standard prices for extras. If the girl explicitly turns the tip down (which does happen), then enjoy.

Yes, always offer the tip after, even if she never mentioned it prior to the extras. I had a regular who is out of the industry now and after seeing her for a while she would always give it back. And told me going forward not to worry about it.

To be fair to NotaLurker, I have a fav who never accepts a tip from me for extras. Always turns it down and just wants me to come back and stay with her whenever I can. She literally puts the money back in my hand. Maybe the same applies to him? Otherwise, I agree. In many cases they transition into extras seamlessly to make the GFE more realistic but, they still expect the regular tip after the fact.

She even shoved my wallet back into my pocket once when I reached for it. After that I never offered, and the service got even better after a while. Even then I tried tipping and she still refused. Too bad she's gone now.

I've had other girls turn down a tip on various occasions after extras, so it does happen. Maybe it's more common at body rubs where they already get $100+ for the massage/BS/HJ.

...but know why they do it... regs. Esp super nice guys, chill, make them relaxed & happy... alotta clients = assholes... a few like that, wrecks yr day, ready 2 quit... then Mr Nice Guy shows up, warm, friendly, steady, funny, confident... makes their day. No more quit. Tips? Who cares? Keep this guy coming back.

Yeah, it was a good deal. I never had to ask either, if she didn't see me for a few weeks, she would message me to go over there. Hey, worse things than massaging a naked woman in exchange for extras, right? And I never gave her 1 hr either. Just like them, 30 mins and I tell them to flip over

My theory is that it happens because you are the one rare guy that is an actual gentleman who can carry a conversation, has a personality, and takes physical care of himself. Some men are nasty in every aspect and when a chick sees enough of those types, they are refreshed to see you, who resembles a decent human being.
