I wonder why they spared 160 East Beaver Creek (just out of curiosity). I didn't know there were over 5500 spas in that area alone?! What's the use in decreasing by 10?

@OG_funguy I just noticed that the thread for BMR Wellness (where you posted updates) has vanished out of thin air! This must have happened sometime last night. There is a brand new thread for that spa now - but they don't allow for reviews. I don't understand the approach because other users will create threads anyway (just like this one) in separate. I think there is now a fear of red tape.
@JimiNY Thanks for the clarification - I guess that's how it goes with Twitter or "X". It didn't make sense to omit 160 while it's right between 155 and 165 (albeit on the other side of the road nonetheless).

I guess some of the locals who want to "clean up" the neighbourhood (in a puritanical way) decided that the spas were a nuisance, and may have contacted the municipalities to take action. The indies will benefit from this because they can just host within their own apartments/condos. I am wondering if any individual customers have been caught with their pants down during some of these inspections.

Everything is just temporary for now until things become more clear...hopefully things will go back to how it was before in a couple of weeks.

Yes. But one good thing was the notice on first week of March 6 title read ..Zoning contravention -- Illegal use. Then they hand delivered a notice yesterday dated March 12th title read ...Zoning By Law contravention-- No Body Rub Parlor license.

I got confused and went down to By Law office on Elgin mills Rd with two spa owners from 2 different locations. The spa owner who didn't get the hand delivered notice yesterday got the bad news. Her place has Zoning restrictions and the first notice stayed. All the spas at 160 East...
