I’d want to make an entertainment complex. One with a barber, gym, casino, sports lounge, smoke (cigar/hookah/weed) room, video game rooms/movie theatre and a few good food options (cheap food court and a high end restaurant). Probably have it set up like a strip club except instead of vip rooms they take you to a private room - females soliciting themselves in every section of the complex. Just a place a male can spend an entire day in and lose themselves. Probably attract top talent by paying them more, customer will complain about the high costs of mpas but will be comped with discounts throughout the complex. Maybe the mpa will like it too as they may not be the main event (like if a Ppv boxing fight is on).
