Well I am not going to describe a 'good burger' all the usual, large, fresh, moist, proper beef.. Good crisp salad.. Molten cheese (used to get a blue cheese burger on nanai... mmm).. Good bun.. accompanied by generous salad, slaw and fries.. Ohh look I just did describe one..
My point is if they really do get it right, its easier to swallow (pun intended) if its just a a generic slap it together then its harder to see the value added.
