From most conversations that I have with the "intelligent" girls in this business. They all have a timeframe or a idea of how much money they need or want before they leave the business. People drop off the schedule or in life due to personal reason mostly. If people want to assume the turnover is due to the workplace then let your mind roam. The fact that almost all the new girls that I ask how they got into the business or found OCM was through a referral or friend who worked there.... So if the place was so bad, why the hell would they refer their friend to work there?

Have you ever stopped to think for a second that she tells people about the ones she does know about because those girls happen to tell her. And she doesn't say anything about the other girls because she simply doesnt fucking know what happened to them. Do you think every employee is that responsible and will call in to their jobs to report not coming to work or to share every detail about their personal life and why they don't come back to a job?

We've established the fact that there is turnover. If customers want new faces and new talent there has to be turnover.

I as a regular, I don't care to know what goes on behind the scenes. I don't walk into McDonalds to try and figure out why the cashier or the cook is new or what kinda beef they have .... I really don't give a fuck what goes on behind the scenes. It's none of my business. I go there for 1 thing... To get my satisfaction. Then I leave.

It's the idiot customers who think they are some kinda business owner who try and tell Yuki how to run her business and worries too much about "what goes on behind the scenes".
