Have you ever stopped to think for a second that she tells people about the ones she does know about because those girls happen to tell her, or maybe or she just knows. And she doesn't say anything about the other girls because she simply doesnt fucking know what happened to them. Do you think every employee is that responsible and will call in to their jobs to report not coming to work or to share every detail about their personal life and why they don't come back to a job?

We've established the fact that there is turnover. If customers want new faces and new talent there has to be turnover.

I as a regular, I don't care to know what goes on behind the scenes. I don't walk into McDonalds to try and figure out why the cashier or the cook is new or what kinda beef they have .... I really don't give a fuck what goes on behind the scenes. It's none of my business. I go there for 1 thing... To get my satisfaction. Then I leave.

It's the idiot customers who think they are some kinda business owner who try and tell Yuki how to run her business and worries too much about "what goes on behind the scenes".

It's her business and she doesn't owe any explanations as to why girls leave. But then why explanations for some and not others? Of course she'll only provide reasons if the relationship ends amicably.

I don't mind guys making constructive suggestions, but then move on. Unfortunately trolls here like to think they know what's going on or make ridiculous assumptions and demand a response. As BS4ME said, girls move around in this industry for a variety of reasons (including to get away from gross clients like some of those posting on this thread) and don't tell their former spa why they left. When Yuki knows the reason she shares it, but has no obligation to tell us anything. Most of the time she probably has no idea why they left or if they're coming back, but probably feels compelled to try and say something to satisfy the idiots who keep demanding an explanation. No spa is perfect, but Yuki does a great job finding new girls and works hard to ensure her customers have fun and are treated fairly no matter how annoying some of those customers are. I wish guys would spend more time posting reviews rather than wasting everyone's time posting lies and speculation about things that are none of their business. End of rant.
